Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Retired Army Officer (Major or Captain from Fighting Arms).
• Maximum age: 50 years.
• 5+ years post-retirement experience in corporate security operations.
• Professional training in Security, Intelligence, Surveillance, or Administration.

Skills:

• High integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
• Expertise in security management, risk assessment, and crisis response.
• Strong knowledge of security and labor laws, compliance, and modern security technologies.
• Leadership, analytical, and administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and improve security arrangements.
2. Conduct security audits and address vulnerabilities.
3. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
4. Implement measures to mitigate threats and incidents.
5. Liaise with government and law enforcement agencies.
6. Ensure alignment of security measures with organizational goals.
7. Lead incident response with minimal disruption to operations.
