Olympia Chemicals Limited is looking for self-motivated and result-oriented individuals for various positions at their plant in Warcha, Tehsil Quaidabad, District Khushab (Punjab). The available positions are:
1. Deputy Manager Electrical
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, verified by PEC.
- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in large-scale process industries, with at least 5 years in a Deputy Manager position.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with coal-fired powerhouses, MV/LV motors & VFDs, DG sets, overhead lines, budgeting & planning, cost estimation, root cause analysis, breakdowns, and SWOT analysis. Ability to coordinate with contractors and suppliers for electrical queries.
- Additional Skills: People management skills, proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and computer literacy.
2. Transport Supervisor
- Qualification: BA degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in vehicle administration and transport management.
- Skills: Experience in managing transport route operations, vehicle maintenance, and purchasing spare parts. Ex-Army JCOs with transport experience are encouraged to apply.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
- Preferred: Excellent analytical skills.
3. Vigilance Officer/Supervisor
- Qualification: Retired Subedar-Major/Subedar from Armed Forces, preferably with an intelligence background.
- Experience: 20-25 years of experience in vigilance and intelligence affairs, including developing and implementing vigilance policies and protocols.
- Skills: Experience liaising with government agencies.
- Age Limit: 45-50 years.
4. Trainee Engineer (Mechanical)
- Qualification: Fresh B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from HEC-recognized universities.
- Training: On-the-job training by an experienced team.
- Age Limit: 25-30 years.
5. Trainee Engineer (Chemical)
- Qualification: Fresh B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from HEC-recognized universities.
- Training: On-the-job training by an experienced team.
- Age Limit: 25-30 years.
6. Trainee Engineer (Electrical, Instrument & Automation)
- Qualification: Fresh B.Sc. in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering from HEC-recognized universities.
- Training: On-the-job training by an experienced team.
- Age Limit: 25-30 years.
