Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven for the following positions:

Sales Supervisors
Van Sales Supervisors
Retail and Wholesale Salesmen
Salesmen with experience in Catering, Food Service and Bakeries
Van salesmen
Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Al Alali products to potential and existing customers within the designated territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and wholesalers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry changes.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in sales within the FMCG sector (preferably in food and beverage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Familiarity with the Al Alali brand and its products is a plus.
Valid driver\’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
