Career Opportunities
FIEDMC, a government-owned company under the Government of Punjab, is seeking eligible candidates for various positions. The company is dedicated to achieving planned and rapid industrialization in the Punjab province by improving infrastructure.
Here are the positions available:
1. Manager Legal
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of practice/experience, preferably in Corporate Law, Civil Law, Land Law, etc.
- Additional Skills: Experience in preparation and vetting of contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Familiarity with PPRA, PEC Rules, and litigation.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
2. Manager Finance
- Qualification: Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA), or Master’s in Finance (MBA Finance, MS Finance, M.Com).
- Experience: 8 years in financial management, audit, or accounts. Preferably experience with Punjab Government finance department.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial applications.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
3. Manager Audit
- Qualification: CA/ACMA/ACCA/CAEW, or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); or Master’s in Finance from a reputable university.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years, with 5 years post-qualification experience in internal audit.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
4. Manager Estate
- Qualification: MBA/MPA or Master’s in Management Sciences from a recognized university.
- Experience: 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Estate Management.
- Skills: Knowledge of Special Economic Zones.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
5. Manager Land
- Qualification: MBA/MPA or Master’s in Management Sciences.
- Experience: 8 years in Land Management for Industrial Estates.
- Skills: Knowledge of Revenue laws, Land Acquisition, Plot Transfer, and Recovery of dues.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
6. Deputy Manager Maintenance (Mechanical)
- Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering (PEC accredited) or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in O&M of mechanical equipment.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
7. Assistant Manager Maintenance (Electrical)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (PEC accredited).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant experience. Preference for O&M of electrical matters.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
8. Assistant Manager Security (2 Posts)
- Qualification: Preferably retired officers from the Pakistan Army (minimum rank of Captain) or civilian candidates with a Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of security equipment, firefighting equipment, CCTV systems, etc.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
