• Expertise in preventive maintenance and overhauling of compressors, pumps, gearboxes, agitators, cooling towers, conveyors, couplings, and equipment alignments.
• Knowledge of bearings, mechanical seals, flanges, O-rings, and store inventory.
• Preferred background in Fertilizers, Petrochemical, or reputed process industries.
  Age: 30-45 years

2. Millwright

Qualification:

• DAE in Mechanical Technology, F.Sc., or at least Matric.
  Experience:
• 8-15 years of experience in the alignment and overhauling of rotary & reciprocating compressors, centrifugal pumps, fans, cooling towers, gearboxes, centrifuge machines, screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, and conveying equipment.
• Must be able to read and understand sectional drawings and measure tools and spares.
• Experience in Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, or reputed service contractors is preferred.
  Age: 35-45 years

3. Fitter-Rotary Equipment

Qualification:

• DAE (Mechanical) or F.Sc.
  Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in rotary and stationary equipment maintenance, focusing on compressors, pumps, gearboxes, agitators, cooling towers, conveyors, couplings, and equipment alignments.
• Practical knowledge of bearings, mechanical seals, flanges, O-rings, and store inventory.

4. Shaper Man

Qualification:

• Matric Pass
  Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operating turning machines, drilling machines, and shaper operations.
• Preferred experience in Fertilizers, Sugar, Cement industries, or reputed service contractors.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and independently use measuring tools.
  Age: 30-40 years
