Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Retired Army Officer (Major or Captain from Fighting Arms).
- Maximum age: 50 years.
- 5+ years post-retirement experience in corporate security operations.
- Professional training in Security, Intelligence, Surveillance, or Administration.
Skills:
- High integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
- Expertise in security management, risk assessment, and crisis response.
- Strong knowledge of security and labor laws, compliance, and modern security technologies.
- Leadership, analytical, and administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve security arrangements.
- Conduct security audits and address vulnerabilities.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Implement measures to mitigate threats and incidents.
- Liaise with government and law enforcement agencies.
- Ensure alignment of security measures with organizational goals.
- Lead incident response with minimal disruption to operations.
