STAFF REQUIRED AT LRBT CENTRAL OFFICE, KARACHI

1. Procurement Officer
2. Procurement Assistant

Eligibility Criteria:

Procurement Officer:

• Qualification:
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management from a reputable university.
  • Certification in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management will be a value added.
• Experience:
  • 3-4 years of working experience in procurement & maintenance.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in reputable hospitals.
• Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Inventory Software.
  • Strong command of the procurement cycle.
  • Knowledge of vendors’ contracts, SLA, AMCs, applicable taxes on procurement, and goods & services.
  • Exposure to import and customs clearance will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Digital knowledge and command over MS Excel.
• Age: Preferably less than 40 years.

Procurement Assistant:

• Qualification:
  • Graduate, preferably B.Com, with proficiency in MS Excel, email, and internet.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Skills:
  • Ability to correspond on routine official matters.
  • Knowledge of standard procurement procedures will be an added advantage.
  • Adequate negotiation skills.
• Age: Preferably less than 30 years.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
