Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications (one of the following):
- Member of a recognized professional accountancy body.
- Member of a recognized corporate chartered secretaries body.
- Holder of a 16-year degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as a Company Secretary.
- Preference for experience in the energy sector.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with commercial laws, corporate governance rules, and the regulatory framework for power distribution companies.
- Proficiency in drafting documents and handling challenging situations.
- Age Limit: 55 years as of the application deadline.
- Other Conditions:
- Must meet the Fit and Proper Criteria under the State-Owned Enterprises Act, 2023.
- Only Pakistani citizens are eligible.
- Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificates.
