 Hiring: Call Center Agent 
 Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:
 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
 Provide accurate information about products/services.
 Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
 Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up when needed.
 Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
 Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
 Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
 Personality: Professional, patient, and able to work under pressure.
 Languages: English (required); Arabic or other languages (a plus).
