Eligibility Criteria

1. Qualifications (one of the following):
   • Member of a recognized professional accountancy body.

2. Experience:
   • Minimum 5 years as a Company Secretary.
   • Preference for experience in the energy sector.
3. Skills and Knowledge:
   • Strong verbal and written communication.
   • Familiarity with commercial laws, corporate governance rules, and the regulatory framework for power distribution companies.
   • Proficiency in drafting documents and handling challenging situations.
4. Age Limit: 55 years as of the application deadline.
5. Other Conditions:
   • Must meet the Fit and Proper Criteria under the State-Owned Enterprises Act, 2023.
   • Only Pakistani citizens are eligible.
   • Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificates.
