Position: Senior HR Professional
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Human Capital at a managerial or senior level.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in HR operations, data analytics, and labor laws.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, including SAP HCM.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in SHRM/CIPD is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies and policies.
- Supervise payroll, benefits, and employee systems.
- Manage HR audits, compliance, and digital employee files.
- Oversee HR budgets, performance metrics, and employee queries.
