Position: Senior HR Professional
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Human Capital at a managerial or senior level.
Skills Required:

• Expertise in HR operations, data analytics, and labor laws.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, including SAP HCM.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in SHRM/CIPD is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies and policies.
• Supervise payroll, benefits, and employee systems.
• Manage HR audits, compliance, and digital employee files.
• Oversee HR budgets, performance metrics, and employee queries.
